Hello there, I'm Nick and I have created Swimming Information.co.uk to help everyone enjoy the great sport of swimming, if that is for leisure, exercise or a bit of competition. I've been swimming myself for 25 years and for 7 years was a qualified teacher, and I now want to share with everyone the knowledge and lessons I've learnt over this time.
The information on these pages if for everyone to use, and deals with many aspects of swimming, whether you are pregnant or have a child who wishes to learn or you yourself would love to give it a go and haven't yet done so.
